My Name is Igor Meyer Erkoff I am 39 years old. Coming from a Hospitality family background my grandfather was a great hotelier in Germany and Brazil. My mother was a General Manager for 40 years. I started in the hotel business when I was 17 always loved to work in hotels and just to see how they are working and serving the best of themselves to make sure they will provide memorable experiences to our guests. My passion for the Kitchen comes when I was a kid and always observing my great best chefs in the family my mother and my grandmother. They were the inspiration that I have nowadays they have the passion for cooking and making everybody happy. I believe that cooking is a philosophy, it's not a recipe as the Great Chef Marco Pierre White says every time. I like to make memorable experiences not only for my guests also for my friends and family, it is the most important that anything. I worked very hard to reach where I am standing right now as Executive Chef and I am looking even more challenges that will come in the future to make for me more room to grow and make the best of me. Also I would like to pass my knowledge for the future chefs and also who is willing to learn how to cook.
